Leah is a Senior Associate on the investment team at Wittington Ventures, focused on the firm’s Innovation Fund, investing in early-stage deeptech innovations across climate and health.

She brings over a decade of experience supporting Canadian startups through roles at MaRS Discovery District and Export Development Canada, helping ventures navigate their capital journeys across food and agtech, renewable energy, alternative materials, the circular economy, and more. At MaRS, Leah founded the Women in Cleantech network, reflecting her commitment to advancing diversity in the climate sector.

Leah holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, with a specialization in impact investing and sustainable finance. Outside of work, you’ll find her on a hike with a good podcast or hunting for her next thrift find.
