Jim Orlando
Managing Partner
Jim Orlando is the Managing Partner of Wittington Ventures. Jim’s investments span the commerce, healthcare, food and sustainability sectors and his WV investments include Arcaea, Contentful, Foxtrot, Gatik, Motif and Qui.
Prior to joining Wittington Ventures, Jim was a Managing Partner of OMERS Ventures, where he led investments in numerous companies including DuckDuckGo, Jobber, Shopify and Wattpad. Prior to OMERS Ventures, Jim was an investment partner at OMERS Private Equity, Battery Ventures and Bell Canada Ventures. Early in his career Jim had operational roles in the telecom industry.
Jim graduated with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical/Computer Engineering from McMaster University. He is a fan of classic rock and 8-bit computer games.
