Austin is a Director at Wittington Ventures (WV), where she focuses primarily on healthcare. 

Prior to joining Wittington, Austin spent four years at Foresite Capital, where she led investments in digital health. She helped establish the firm’s Healthcare Tech & Services investment team, and her investments include Folx Health, Sollis Health, Thyme Care, and Vanna Health. Austin also developed and implemented Foresite’s impact investing framework, working closely with portfolio companies to quantify and report on social return on capital.

Previously, Austin worked in strategic finance at Genentech and spent four years at Oxeon Partners, where she helped launch and scale healthcare startups and led an initiative to improve board diversity. She began her career working on public health programs in Rwanda.

Austin holds an MBA and MPH from UC Berkeley and a degree in International & Global Studies from Middlebury College, where she graduated magna cum laude. Outside of work, she serves on the board of The Advocates, focusing on initiatives supporting survivors of abuse.
