Jodi is a Partner at Wittington Ventures, where she leads the Consumer Growth Fund. Based in New York, she focuses on the intersection of brand and consumer experience – backing companies with strong foundations that can become category leaders. Prior to joining Wittington, Jodi was a Partner and founding team member at 3L Capital, where she invested in growth-stage companies across the consumer and technology sectors. Earlier in her career, she worked in Morgan Stanley’s Media and Communications investment banking group and in Apax Partners’ operational excellence practice, helping portfolio companies accelerate e-commerce and digital transformation initiatives. Jodi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. Outside of work, she is a recovering hockey player who now splits her time between tennis courts, family adventures, and the occasional humbling round of golf.
